Charmed & Chaotic Collective Event Terms & Policies

Thank you for joining us! Charmed & Chaotic Collective exists to create welcoming, creative spaces where people can connect, try something new, and have fun together. By purchasing a ticket and attending one of our events, you agree to the following policies.

Photography & Video Release

Our events are often photographed and/or recorded to capture the experience and share future events with our community.

By attending a Charmed & Chaotic Collective event, you grant Charmed & Chaotic Collective and its event partners permission to photograph, film, and record your likeness and to use these images or recordings for marketing, promotional materials, social media, our website, email marketing, and other business purposes without additional compensation.

If you would prefer not to appear in close-up photos or videos, please let a member of our team know when you check in. While we cannot guarantee you will never appear in background footage or crowd photos, we will make every reasonable effort to respect your request.

Ticket Purchases & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Because our events require advance planning, venue reservations, staffing, and supplies purchased specifically for attendees, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

If you are unable to attend:

• Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the event unless otherwise stated.

• Transfer requests must be submitted by contacting us before the event.

• Certain events or ticket types may not be transferable. Any exceptions will be listed on the individual event page.

• If Charmed & Chaotic Collective cancels an event, attendees will receive the option of a full refund or a transfer to a future event.

If an event must be postponed due to weather, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control, your ticket will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date whenever possible. If rescheduling is not possible, we will communicate available options directly with ticket holders.

Age Requirements

Unless otherwise noted on the event page, Charmed & Chaotic Collective events are intended for adults ages 18 and older.

Events hosted at venues serving alcohol or specifically designated as 21+ require all attendees to be at least 21 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID.

Age requirements will always be listed on the individual event page.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

By attending a Charmed & Chaotic Collective event, you voluntarily participate in all event activities.

You acknowledge that participation in crafts, DIY projects, food and beverage service, venue activities, and other event experiences carries inherent risks, including minor injury or damage to personal belongings.

You agree to participate responsibly, follow all instructions provided by event staff and venue personnel, and exercise reasonable care while attending.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charmed & Chaotic Collective, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, venues, and event partners shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during or in connection with an event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Attendees are responsible for notifying event staff of any allergies, accessibility needs, or other concerns that may affect their participation.

Accessibility

We want everyone to feel welcome at our events.

Accessibility accommodations may vary depending on the venue. If you have mobility needs, sensory considerations, dietary restrictions, or require another accommodation, please contact us before the event whenever possible so we can discuss available options.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests and help create an enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Code of Conduct

Charmed & Chaotic Collective is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, excessive intoxication, or conduct that makes other attendees feel unsafe will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior disrupts the event or negatively impacts the experience of others. In these situations, no refund will be issued.
