Charmed & Chaotic Collective is a creative community designed to help women reconnect — with themselves and with each other.
Making friends as an adult can feel unexpectedly hard. Life gets busy, routines get smaller, and it becomes easy to lose touch with the hobbies, creativity, and connection that once came naturally.
We exist to create space for those things again — through thoughtfully designed gatherings that invite you to try something new, meet new people, and rediscover what lights you up.
You don’t have to be artistic. You don’t have to be outgoing. You don’t have to be “good” at anything.
You just have to be open to showing up.
How We Do It

Meet the Founder
Charmed & Chaotic Collective was founded by Ryan Buchannan after a season of burnout, reflection, and rediscovering creativity.
After years working in corporate technology leadership and project management, Ryan realized something was missing — not ambition or capability, but connection, creativity, and community outside of work. Like many women in their 30s, she found herself wanting to meet new people, try new things, and reconnect with hobbies she had quietly set aside.
What started as a personal goal to “do more creative things” quickly turned into something bigger. Ryan began imagining spaces where women could gather without pressure, perfection, or performance — just curiosity, creativity, and connection.
Charmed & Chaotic Collective grew from that idea.
Ryan brings her background in operations, event planning, and community-building to create experiences that feel welcoming, organized, and just a little magical. Her goal is simple: to help women find their spark and meet their people.
When she’s not planning events, Ryan can usually be found crafting, rearranging her condo for the tenth time, traveling somewhere new, or hanging out with her corgi, Archer.
